The rules for electronic presentation of documents <br /> <br />under the UCP. <br /> <br />Fedwire. The funds transfer system owned and operated by <br />the Federal Reserve Banks of the United States of America, <br />but excludes the system for making automated clearing <br />house transfers. <br /> <br />Fedwire Regulations. Subpart B of Regulation J of the Board <br />of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United <br />States of America, as amended from time to time. <br /> <br />FX Transaction. A transaction between you and us, <br />permitted under the Electronic Foreign Exchange Service, <br />for the purchase of one currency in exchange for the sale of <br />another currency (including without limitation any foreign <br />exchange spot, swap or outright forward transaction or <br />_option), including any transaction that effects the <br />Ire-deli~ery, extension, rollover or splitting of such a <br />ansactlon. <br /> <br />FX Request. A request by means permitted under the <br />Electronic Foreign Exchange Service to enter into an FX <br />Transaction. <br /> <br />International Account Agreement. A form of Account <br /> <br />Agreement used in some countries. <br /> <br />International Electronic Funds Transfer Services. Electronic <br />payment services for transfers to or from your account <br />outside the United States of America or to or from your <br />account in the United States of America to or from an <br />account in a different country. These services include low- <br />value batch payments made according to multiple requests <br />within a single electronic data file. International Electronic <br />Funds Transfer Services exclude ACH Services within the <br />United States of America and exclude Wire Transfer <br />services. <br /> <br />'. <br />I.a <br /> <br />ISP98. The "International Standby Practices 1998" <br />developed by the Institute of International Banking Law & <br />Practice and endorsed and published by the International <br />Chamber of Commerce or such later revision as may be <br />adopted and be in effect on the date the subject standby <br />letter of credit is issued. <br /> <br />Legal Expenses. Reasonable lawyer's fees, allocated costs <br />of staff counsel (unless prohibited by applicable law), fees <br />and expenses of litigation and any other fees and expenses <br />incurred in enforcing any provision of this Booklet. <br /> <br />Lockbox Address. The post office address we assign to you <br />or we accept from you for the Lockbox Service. <br /> <br />Materials. The Software, user identification codes. <br />passwords, codes, keys, test keys, security devices, <br />embedded algorithms, digital signatures and certificates, <br />other similar devices and information, User Documentation <br />and related documentation we provide to you. <br /> <br />NACHA Rules. The rules of the National Automated Clearing <br />House Association (including any other clearing house <br />rules applicable to automated clearing house transactions), <br />as amended from time to time. <br /> <br />Payment Advice. Using the Client-Printed Drafts Services, <br />an electronic message transmitted by you to us advising us <br />that you have created a draft. <br /> <br />Personal Data. Information we receive from you in <br />connection with the Services consisting of an individual's <br />bank accounts or other financial data or identifying a living <br />individual. <br /> <br />PIN. A personal identification number which a Cardholder <br />may receive when activating a Commercial Prepaid Card. <br /> <br />RCK. A "Re-Presented Check Entry" as defined in the NACHA <br />Rules. <br /> <br />Request. A request by means perm itted under the relevant <br />Wire Transfer or International Electronic Funds Transfer <br />Service to transfer funds to or from a specified account or <br />beneficiary (including standing instructions) or to amend or <br />cancel a prior request to transfer funds. <br />
