<br />1.11 Decline Disclaimer. A statement provided to Consumers whose POS <br />Transaction is declined or not Authorized for any reason. The Decline <br />Disclaimer will include, at a minimum, the name, address and telephone <br />number of the party providing the declined or not Authorized response. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.12 Deposit Account. The checking account or other acceptable account you <br />maintain at Bank of America, N.A. (the "Bank") or at another depository <br />institution acceptable to us, in your name with your tax identification <br />number, for credit ofPOS Transactions by us and debit of Reversed POS <br />Transactions, chargebacks and Fees. <br /> <br />1.13 Fees. The fees payable by you to us for services we provide to you in <br />connection with this Agreement, as specified in the Fee Schedule or as <br />otherwise provided to you, as they may be amended from time to time. <br />Fees include fees, fines or penalties assessed by Card Organization. <br /> <br />1.14 Fee Schedule. The Fee Schedule that is provided to you and incorporated <br />as part of the terms of this Agreement by this reference. <br /> <br />1.15 Guarantee with Conversion. The conversion ofa Check to an electronic <br />debit to the Consumer's Account, with a guarantee that the applicable <br />amount will be settled without recourse to you, with limited exceptions as <br />provided herein. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.16 Ineligible Checks. <br />. Checks drawn on invalid or fraudulent ABA Routing Numbers <br />. Checks that do not contain a preprinted serial number or Consumer's name <br />. Checks that have been previously negotiated <br />. Checks that previously have been voided in connection with another <br />Transaction or another program pursuant to NACHA Rules <br />. Checks drawn on Non-Participating Drawee Banks that do not participate in <br />the Automated Clearing House <br />· Checks that do not contain an ABA Routing Number <br />. Checks by a Consumer who is not a U.S. resident <br />. Convenience checks and traveler's checks <br />. Federal Reserve Bank checks <br />. Federal Home Loan Bank checks <br />· Government checks (including checks drawn on a state or local government) <br />. Third-party checks <br />. U.S. Treasury checks <br />· Obligations ofa financial institution (such as cashier's checks, official <br />checks, money orders) <br />. Checks payable in a currency other than U.S. dollars <br />.
