I I I The Consultant understands that the City has appropriated $400,000 in funding towards the payment of fees and expenses under this Agreement as of the date of the Agreement. Before providing services or incurring expenses which will exceed this budgeted amount, the Consultant will secure the written approval of the City and confirmation that funding is in place to pay for the services and expenses. 14.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant will be computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates times. The remobilization fee, as authorized under Section 1.5, is $5,000.00. Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents. This Agreement will be effective as of the day and year established in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
