<br />I <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Violations ofthe prohibitions against parking in front or side yards or vacant lots <br />shall be subiect to a fine of between $1.00 and $500.00. Each day the violation <br />occurs constitutes a separate offense. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Chapter 82, Article 4. Division 1 of the City Code is amended as <br />follows (underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />See. 82.Hi5. Chapter 82, Article 4. Stopping, Standing, Parking <br />of the City Code is amended by adding: <br /> <br />DIVISION 2. PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS <br /> <br />Sec. 82.183. Definitions. <br /> <br />In this division: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Boat means a vessel for use on water propelled by oars, paddles, sail, or power, <br />and includes the trailer upon which it is transported. <br /> <br />Construction Vehicle means mobile construction equipment, including but not <br />limited to, dump trucks, graders, back-hoes. front-end loaders, skid loaders, and <br />other similar equipment. <br /> <br />Farm EQuivment means tractors and all accessories and instruments associated <br />with farming and ranching. <br /> <br />Front vard: <br />(1) means, for the purposes of an interior lot only, the vard extending <br />across the front of a lot. <br /> <br />(2) means for the purposes of a comer lot only, the yard extending across <br />the front of a lot between the side lot line adiacent to an interior lot or <br />other platted property and the side yard line. A comer lot shall be treated <br />as having two front yards. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Larze Motor Vehicle means a motor vehicle as defined in the preceding definition <br />which is more than twenty-two (22) feet in length and/or more than seven (7) feet <br />in height from ground level. Motor vehicles more than seven (7) feet in height <br />due to adaptations specifically to accommodate disabled persons are exempted. <br />This term includes but is not limited to recreational vehicles. <br /> <br />L <br />
