<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />232. <br /> <br />Agreement No. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Description of Event <br /> <br /> <br />Great Race Texas Rally Returns to San Marcos <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos is requesting approval of street closures, on Loop 82 (from RRI2 to San <br />Antonio St.) and RR 12 (from Loop 82 to LBJ Drive) on Saturday, April 1, 2006. from 1 :30 pm-8:30 <br />pm., for Great Race Texas. The second day of the rally ends with celebratory finish on the Square in <br />historic downtown San Marcos. <br /> <br />The event will benefit San Marcos hotels, local and downtown businesses, and provide fans with an <br />opportunity to view these one-of-a-kind vintage machines. <br /> <br />More than 70 Museum quality antique automobiles will be stopping on the Court House Square in <br />starting about 4:30 pm. <br /> <br />A "Shine Time" car show for local car hobbyists is also being held from 2 pm- 7 pm on April 1, 2006 <br />on the downtown square. <br /> <br />The Great Race Texas is a "uniquely American event. It breaths life in to old cars destined to collect <br />dust in museums, and gives the participants a spirit of freedom and adventure not often felt in today's <br />age of SUV's and state-of-the-art luxury cars. Regional rallies are held across the United States <br />throughout the year. <br /> <br />For 23 years the Great Race has been the center of free family celebrations in more than 800 cities on <br />the North American continent. Great Racers have logged nearly 6,000,000 vehicle miles, making stops <br />at some of the continents most well known venues including; The Ellipse at the White House, The <br />Statue of Liberty Centennial Celebration, Disneyland, Disney World, the Reforma in Mexico City, the <br />Grand Canyon and a parade down Broadway in New York City. <br /> <br />I <br />
