(b) <br /> (c) <br /> (d) <br /> (e) <br />(0 <br /> <br />forklift <br />roll-off <br />port-o-let <br />recyclers for oil, oil filters, antifreeze, batteries, tires <br />volunteers to work on event day. <br /> <br />1.8.3 Develop participant surveys. <br /> <br />1.8.4 Recruit local restaurants to supply food and drink to volunteers the day of event. <br /> <br />1.8.5 Arrmage for electricity and water at collection site. <br /> <br />1.8.6 Arrange for site set-up the day before the collection event, trailer delivery, tent set up, <br />tables and chairs, traffic barricades, cones, hazmat tent, recycling tent, etc. <br /> <br />1.9 Task 8 - Reportin~ <br /> <br />For each collection event, the Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.9.1 Track grant budget, determine dollar amount available for each event. <br /> <br />1.9.2 Prepare and submit for City's review and approval ali progress reports, the financial report, <br />final results report, the follow up results report, form PT-S1, Form PT-R1, the waste diversion <br />tracking fmxn, and the applicable R1 form, as well as any other reports and documentation <br />necessary in compliance with TCEQ and CAPCO requirements. <br /> <br />1.9.3 Prepare and submit a summary report to community leaders after each event. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies of <br />data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's <br />request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Richard Medina, General Services Coordinator, as the authorized <br />representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine <br />the documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the <br />Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />Geo~Visions.wpd 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
