<br />repair and fueling operation. Blanket Board Form Contractual Liability specifically covering <br />the indemnification assumed by Lessee under this Lease. <br /> <br />G. Insurance required by this section shall be written so that Lessor will be notified in <br />writing, in the event of cancellation, restrictive amendment or non-renewal at least thirty <br />(30) days prior to the action. Certificated of Insurance shall be filed with Lessor prior to the <br />commencement of operations and are subject to Lessor's approval. Insurance carriers <br />insuring Lessee in accordance herewith which are rated by the recent edition of Best's Kev <br />Rating Guide. Property-Casualtv, published by A.M. Best Company, or insurance carriers <br />having a rating lower than B+VII as shown in the most recent edition of said book, will not <br />be approved by Lessor unless a guaranty bond acceptable to Lessor from a carrier rated <br />B+VII or higher guaranteeing payment of any and all claims against Lessee is furnished <br />to Lessor. <br /> <br />All insurance required under this section shall be written with Lessor as an <br />additional insured. The stated limits of insurance required by this section are MINIMUM <br />ONLY and it shall be Lessee's responsibility to determine what limits are adequate. These <br />minimum limits may be basic policy limits or any combination of basic limits and umbrella <br />limits. In any event, Lessee is fully responsible for all losses arising out, resulting from or <br />connected with operations under this Lease whether or not said losses are covered by <br />insurance. Lessor's acceptance of Certificates of Insurance that in any respect do not <br />comply with the lease requirements does not release Lessee from compliance herewith. <br /> <br />All insurance required under this section shall be primary over any other insurance <br />coverage Lessor may have. <br /> <br />5.2 Indemnity: <br /> <br />A. Lessee shall indemnify Lessor and save it harmless from suits, actions, damages, <br />liability and expense in connection with the loss of life, bodily or personal injury or property <br />damage arising from or out of any occurrence in or upon the Leased Premises or from the <br />occupancy or the use by Lessee of said premises or any part thereof, or occasioned wholly <br />or in part by any act or omission of Lessee, 'its agents, contractors, employees, servants, <br />invjtees, licensees or concessionaires, in their use of the Leased Premises, the runways <br />and taxiways and any other area within the Airport; and, <br /> <br />B. Lessee shall store its property in, and shall occupy the Leased Premises and all <br />other portions of the Airport at its own risk, and releases Lessor, to the full extent permitted <br />by law, from all claims of every kind resulting in loss of life, personal or bodily injury or <br />property damage; and <br /> <br />C. Lessor shall not be responsible or liable at any time for any loss or damage of <br />Lessee's fixtures, machinery, airplane(s) or other personal property of Lessee; and <br /> <br />D. Lessor shall not be responsible or liable to Lessee or to those claiming by, through, <br />or under Lessee for any loss or damage to either the person or property of Lessee that <br />may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying adjacent, <br />connecting, or adjoining premises; and <br /> <br />4 <br />
