Boggus and Jessie Boggus and Milton D. <br />Buie and Dorys E. Buie by Frank L. Donalson, et a1 by deed <br />recorded in Volume 148 Page 219 of the Deed Records of Hays <br />County, Texas, same being at the most westerly corner of Lot <br />64, Sunridge, a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, according <br />to the map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume 4, <br />Page 309 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, same <br />being at the most Northerly corner of that certain (43.11 <br />acre) tract of land described as "Tract 1" as conveyed to <br />Indian Creek Joint Venture by Warranty Deed with Vendors Lien <br />recorded in Volume 585 Page 868 of the Deed Records of Hays <br />County: Texas, for the most Northerly corner of the herein <br />described tract, <br /> <br />THENCE along the southwest line of Sunridge Subdivision, same <br />being the northeast line of the said "Tract 1", S 41 deg. 22' <br />20" E 388.39 ft. to an iron rod found at the most Southerly <br />corner of Lot 70, Sunridge, same being at the most Westerly <br />corner of Lot 12, Block G, Castle Forest, according to the <br />map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Vol. 2 Pages <br />103-104 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, for an <br />angle point in this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing along the northeast line of said "Tract 1" <br />same being the southwest line of said Block G, Castle Forest, <br />S 41 deg. 40' 20" E 840.07 ft. to an iron rod found at the <br />most Southerly corner of Lot 1, Block G, Castle Forest, same <br />being at a Westerly corner of Lisa Drive, for an angle point <br />in this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing along the northeast line of said "Tract 1" <br />and the southwest line of the Castle Forest Subdivision, S 41 <br />deg. 37' 10" E 330.92 ft. to an iron rod found at the most <br />Southerly corner of Lot 6, Block F, Castle Forest, same being <br />at a westerly corner of Nevada Street, for an angle point in <br />this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing along the Northeast line of said "Tract 1", <br />and the southwest line of the Castle Forest Subdivision, S 41 <br />deg. 44' 20" E 245.78 ft. to an iron rod found at the corner <br />of a concrete wall at the most Southerly corner of Lot 13, <br />Block 0, same being the most Westerly corner of Lot 12, Block <br />Df Castle Forest, for an angle point in this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing along an easterly line of the said "Tract <br />I", the following two (2) courses: <br />(1) S 26 deg. 31' 30" W 153.70 ft. to an iron rod found, <br />(2) S 3 deg. 45' 20.
