<br />SECTION 4. The City Council of the City shall adopt a resolution on or before <br />March 22, 1999, appointing presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, <br />and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in their respective precincts, and <br />any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment may be filled by subsequent <br />resolution(s) of the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the <br />permission of the City Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this <br />election. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. The City election shall be conducted jointly with the San Marcos <br />Consolidated Independent School District election under the terms and conditions of a <br />Joint Election Agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance <br />for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary <br />branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is <br />the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive. Early voting by personal <br />appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and the School <br />Administration Building from April 14, 1999 through April April 27, 1999, and the hours for <br />early voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Early voting by personal appearance shall <br />also be conducted in the City Hall and School Administration Building on April 24, 1999 <br />from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Temporary branch early polling places for early voting by <br />personal appearance for the City election are established at the following locations, with <br />voting to be conducted at the dates and times indicated: <br /> <br />Location Date <br />Bonham School April 15, 1999 <br />21 0 Lee Street <br />Crockett Elementary School April 16, 1999 <br />1300 Girard Street <br />DeZavala Elementary School April 19, 1999 <br />600 FM 621 <br />Travis Elementary School April 20, 1999 <br />1437 Post Road <br />Bowie Elementary School April 21, 1999 <br />1225 Highway 123 <br />Lamar Central Office Annex April 22, 1999 <br />500 W.
