CUSIP Registration. <br /> <br />The City may secure identification numbers through the CUSIP Service Bureau Division of Standard <br />& Poor's Corporation, New York, New York, and may authorize the printing of such numbers on the face <br />of the Bonds. It is expressly provided, however, that the presence or absence of CUSIP numbers on the <br />Bonds shall be of no significance or effect as regards, the legality thereof and neither the City nor the <br />attorneys approving said Bonds as to legality are to be held responsible for CUSIP numbers incorrectly <br />printed on the Bonds. <br /> <br />Section 6.04. Legal Opinion: Bond Counsel. <br /> <br />The approving legal opinion of Fisher & Newsom, P .C., bond counsel, may be printed on the reverse <br />side or, in the case of the definitive Bonds to be delivered to DTC, be attached to each definitive Bond over <br />the certification of the City Secretary, which may be executed in facsimile. Such firm is hereby engaged as <br />bond counsel for the City in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds. The execution <br />and delivery of an engagement letter between the City and such firm, with respect to such services as bond <br />counsel, is hereby approved with such changes as may be approved by the Mayor, and the Mayor and City <br />Secretary are hereby authorized to execute such engagement letter. <br /> <br />R,ISANMAR\ WWSS. 99\DOCS\ORDNCFN.
