"Owner" means the person who is the registered owner of a Certificate or Certificates, as shown in the Register. "Paying Agent/Registrar" means Chase Bank ofT exas, National Association, any successor thereto or an entity which is appointed as and assumes the duties of paying agent/registrar as provided in this Ordinance. "Purchaser" means the person, firm or entity initially purchasing the Certificates from the City and which is designated in Section 7.01 of this Ordinance. "Record Date" means the last business day of the month next preceding an Interest Payment Date. "Register" means the Register specified in Section 3.06(a) of this Ordinance. "Representation Letter" means the Letter of Representations with respect to the Certificates, between the City and DTC. "Special Payment Date" means the Special Payment Date prescribed by Section 3.03(b) of this Ordinance. "Special Record Date" means the Special Record Date prescribed by Section 3 .03(b) of this Ordinance. "Surplus Revenues" means the revenues of the City's waterworks and sewer system, not to exceed $1,000, available after deduction ofthe reasonable expenses of said System and the payment of all debt service, reserve and other requirements with respect to all of the City's revenue bonds and other obligations, now outstanding or hereafter issued, that are payable in whole or in part from a pledge of all or part ofthe revenues of such system. "Unclaimed Payments" means money deposited with the Paying AgentJRegistrar for the payment of the principal of or interest on the Certificates as the same come due and payable and remaining unclaimed by the Owners of Certificates for 90 days after the applicable payment or redemption date. Section 1.02. Other Definitions. The.terms "City Council" and "City" shall have the respective meanings assigned in the preamble to this Ordinance. Section 1.03. Findings. The declarations, determinations and findings declared, made and found in the preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted, restated and made a part of the operative provisions hereof. Section 1.04. Table of Contents. Titles and Headings.
