<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />99. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006- R R R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH <br />MATHESON TRI-GAS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF BULK OXYGEN AND <br />THE RENTAL OF THE ASSOCIATED OXYGEN INJECTION EQUIPMENT FOR <br />THE WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On July 19, 2005 the City Council of the City of San Marcos approved an annual <br />contract for the purchase of bulk oxygen and the rental of associated oxygen inj ection equipment for <br />the Water and Wastewater Utilities Department (the "Contract") with Matheson Tri-Gas. <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to extend the Contract for an additional year. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. <br /> <br />The extension of the Contract with Matheson Tri-Gas is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
