<br />1- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />109. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT "B" <br /> <br />COMPENSATION FOR COMPARISON OF LAND DEVELOPMENT COSTS STUDY <br />AND RELATED SERVICES <br /> <br />for the City of San .Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />A. Professional Services - For professional servIces to perform the Comparison of Land Development <br />Costs study as set forth in the scope of servIces (Exhibit "A") of tills Contract, the amount of <br />compensation to the Consultant for professional services shall not exceed $22.000.00 unless <br />otherwise approved in writmg by the City as an amendment to tills Contract. <br /> <br />B. Invoicing - The Consultant will submit invOIces to the City showing the number of hours expended <br />on the Project. The Consultant may invoice monthly on this Project. The CIty shall pay each invoice <br />within 30 days after receipt. <br /> <br />C. DirectJReimbursable Expenses - Expenses attributable to tills Project are not included in the <br />professional services compensatIOn amount shown in Item A above, and these will be invoiced to the <br />City in addition to such professional services fees. Drrect/reimbursable expenses shall include (but <br />not be limited to) printmg, map plottmg, overnight delivery/courier and postage charges, mIleage <br />($0.42 per mile), and travel expenses such as air fare, lodgmg, meals and car rental. The estimated <br />budget for expenses for this Project is $4,000.00, <br /> <br />D. MeetingslTrips to San Marcos - The Scope of Services and the professIOnal services fee in item A <br />above include necessary reconnaissance and field data collection trips, and one (I) meeting in San <br />Marcos to present the findings of the study, Meetmgs/trips in excess of these shall be considered <br />additional to the Scope of this Contract, and shall be billed to the City at the Consultants' customary <br />hourly rates, plus any incurred expenses. <br /> <br />E, Estimated Time Frame - It IS estimated that this Project can be completed within four (4) months <br />following Notice to Proceed by the City, <br /> <br />ExhibIt "B" - Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />C:IDocumenls and SettingslshenysefkolLocal SettingslTemporary Internet FileslOLKDAIDunkin - Attachment B.doc <br />(04/28/2006) <br />
