<br />25 <br /> <br />PART 11. That the Mayor shall give notice of this election in <br />accordance with the terms and provisions of Articles 4.05 and <br />4.06 of the Election Code and Art. 2ge and the City Secretary <br />is hereby instructed to have notice posted and published in <br />accordance with said Articles 4.05, 4.06 and 2 ge . A copy of <br />this order shall also serve as a writ of election which shall <br />be delivered to the above appointed Presiding Judges for said <br />election. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PARI' 12. That imnediately after said election is held, the <br />officers holding the same shall make returns of the result <br />thereof to the Mayor of the City as required by the Election <br />Code of this State. <br /> <br />PART 13. That it is found and determined that in accordance <br />with the order of this governing body the Secretary posted <br />wri tten notice of the date, place and subject of this meeting <br />on the bulletin board located in City Hall, a place convenient <br />to the public, and said notice having been so posted and <br />remaining posted continuously for at least three days preceding <br />the date of this meeting.
