<br />ExhIbit A <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO ISSUE BO~mS <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITIES <br /> <br />Following IS a description of the manufacturing and industrial <br />facilities to be acquired and constructed by the User and Realty with <br />the loan of the proceeds of the sale of the Bonds. The Facilities will <br />be located on the Site, described in Exhibit B to the Loan Agreement to <br />which this Exhibit A is attached. <br /> <br />A. A complete, pre-engineered steel building with approximately <br />73,600 square feet of manufacturing space and approximately <br />12,800 square feet of office space, such building to be built <br />according to the Plans and Specifications and to include: <br /> <br />Crushed limestone base to an average depth of 24 inches, <br /> <br />Concrete slab with a maximum thickness of 6 inches and a <br />minimum thickness of 5 inches, <br /> <br />Structural steel and exterior covering, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />All necessa ry plumbing, wi ring, ventilation, hea ting, <br />air-conditioning and lighting, <br /> <br />Such machine bases and mounting locations as are speci- <br />fied in the Plans and Specifications, <br /> <br />Sprinkling system for fire protection and assoc iated <br />plumbing, hardware, pumps and water supply, <br /> <br />Capacity for six (6) two-ton and five (5) five-ton <br />cranes. <br /> <br />B. Ao asphalt entrance road with concre':e gutters of approxi- <br />mately 900 feet in length and 40 feet in width, and to be <br />named International Electric Drive. <br /> <br />C. An asphalt parking area containing approximately 223 parking <br />spaces adjacent to the building. <br /> <br />D. Two (2) truck wells with concrete approaches for shipping and <br />receiving. <br /> <br />E. A crushed limestone, uncovered storage area contain1ng approxi- <br />mately 12,000 square feel. <br /> <br />I <br />
