<br />-4- <br /> <br />_Dstalled by the Government. <br /> <br />In the event any wire fence or <br /> <br />Fe~cs~ within the restricted area are considered to be an <br /> <br />~bstruction to the proper operation of the air na~igation facility <br /> <br />installed, the Government is granted the right and privilege to <br />I <br />remove said wire fence or fences, and replace same with a wooden <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />fence, all at the expense of the Government. <br /> <br />x. <br /> <br />It is hereby agreed between the parties that upon tenmination <br /> <br />of its occupancy the Government shall have no obligation to restore <br /> <br />and/or rehabilitate, either wholly or partially, the property which <br /> <br />is the subject matter of this license other than to orderly remove <br /> <br />its equipment therefrom. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that the Government <br /> <br />may abandon in place any or all of the structures and equipment <br /> <br />installed in or located upon said property.
