ALLEN PARKWAY (Formerly Lucio Street) LEGAL DESCRIPTION I The following field notes are of a survey of 1590.60 square feet of land, being a portion of the J.M. Veramendi No. ONe Survey and being more particularly described as a strip of land 12 feet wide and 132.55 feet long lying adjacent to Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the J.Q. Cliett Second Addition to the City of San Marcos as recorded in Volume 128, Page 601 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point, said point being the inter- section of the North Street line of Grove Street and the West Street line of C.M. Allen Parkway (Formerly Lucio Street), said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot No.3 of the J.Q. Cliett Second Addition to the City of San Marcos, and also being the Southwest corner of the Property herein described. I THENCE N. 08 degrees II' W. a distance of 132.55' along the West street line of C.M. Allen Parkway (formerly Lucio Street), and alongth~ fronts of Lots 3, 2, and 1, partly by each, of the J.Q. Cliett Second Addition to the City of San Marcos to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of Lot No.1 of the J.Q. Cliett Second Addition and also the Northwest corner of the herein des- cribed property. THENCE N. 82 degrees 00' E. a distance of 121 along the North Line of Lot No. 1 extended, to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of the parc~l~fiet~in~desc~ibed~ THENCE S. 8 degress 11'E. a distance of 132.55' n along a line parallel to and 12' from the pre- viously described West street line of C.M. Allen Parkway, to a point, said point being the South- east corner of the herein described parcel. THENCE S. 82 degrees 00' W. a distance of 12' to the POINT OF BEGINNING. I
