122 RESOLUTION NO. 1980-27R I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND RAY V. KOTOWSKI, P.E. DBA. BEELINE ENGINEERING FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO RECONSTRUCTION WORK ON ARMSTRONG, ALABAMA, GROVE, COMA~CHO, HULL, MACARTHUR AND RAILROAD STREETS IN SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to reconstruct certain streets within the City; and, WHEREAS, such reconstruction is to be known as the Victory Gardens Phase II Improvements Project, to include the reconstruction of Alabama, Armstrong, Grove, Camacho, Hull, MacArthur and Rail- road Streets; WHEREAS, said Council desires to engage Ray V. Kotowski, P.E. dba Beeline Engineering to perform professional engineering services related to said Project; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: I PART 1. That the engineer agreement between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Ray V. Kotowski, P.E., dba Beeline Engineering for professional engineering services in connection with the re- construction project known as the Victory Gardens Phase II Improve- ments Project, a copy of said agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and is hereby, in all things approved. PART 2. That the City Manager of the City of San Marcos, Texas, A.C. Gonzalez, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said City. PART 3.
