<br />The above and foregoing is that same identical tract of land conveyed by and described
<br />in a deed from Joe C. Woody and wife to Howa ro L. Nunley and wife, Ola Mae i: i
<br />Nunley, dated March 22, 1966, recorded in Volume 210, Pages 458-460, Hays County
<br />Deed Records, and said deed, and its said record, is here referred to and made a
<br />part hereof for all pertinent, legal and descriptive purposes.

<br />LESS AND EXCEPT and there is to be deducted from the foregoing, however, that
<br />portion of said tract 83 feet by 260-1/4 feet, together with an appurtenant perpetual
<br />easement over a strip of land 8 feet wide' out of the remainder of said original tract
<br />which is conveyed hereby, such easement being out b the Uhland Road, which said
<br />excepted tract and easement are described in deed from A. B. Woody to Wayne H.
<br />Williams and Lena H. Williams, dated April 20, 1953, recorded in Volume 156,
<br />Pages 16-17, Hays County Deed Records; and each of said deeds and the respective
<br />records thereof, are here referred to and made a part hereof for all pertinent, legal
