EXHIBIT A <br />CAPCOG AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATION INFORMATION <br />The Capital Area Council of Governments ( "CAPCOG ") owns an ambient air quality monitoring <br />station located at 599 Staples Road in San Marcos, Texas (Latitude: 29.8628810 degrees; <br />Longitude: - 97.9288560 degrees, elevation: 183.0 meters). This air quality monitoring station <br />collects ambient ozone concentrations, wind speed, and wind direction during ozone season from <br />April through October, and has been active since September 20, 2011. The site reports data to the <br />Texas Commission on Environmental Quality ( "TCEQ "), which designates the site as <br />Continuous Air Monitoring Station ( "CAMS ") 1675, and calls it " CAPCOG San Marcos Staples <br />Road." The site's United States Environmental Protection Agency ( "EPA ") Site Number is <br />482091675. <br />The equipment currently installed at the site includes the following: <br />• One Teledyne -API ozone analyzer over 6 years old, <br />• One Zeno data logger over 8 years old, <br />• One Young Instruments Wind Sensor over 10 years old. <br />CAPCOG plans to replace each of these instruments with new instruments prior to the 2012 <br />ozone season. <br />AIR QUALITY PROGRAM 2012 <br />INTERLOCAL CONTRACT Page 5 of 5 <br />
