<br />The City Council of the City of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, will hold a public hearing in the Coun-
<br />cil Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, at
<br />7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, to
<br />consider the following:
<br />442 West Holland Street - An amendment
<br />to the City's Official Zoning Map from Sin-
<br />gle- Family Residential (SF -6) to Vertical
<br />Mixed. Use (VMU) for 0.232 acres, more or
<br />less, on part of Lot 7 of the A.G. Coers
<br />Subdivision. In addition, all interested per-
<br />sons may speak for or against a concur-
<br />rent request to amend the Future Land Use
<br />Map, for the same site, from Low Density
<br />Residential (LDR) to Vertical Mixed Use
<br />(VMU).
<br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate
