<br />~I <br /> <br />.""Ji <br />iiJ <br /> <br />rl <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, DESIGNATING <br />THE CITY MANAGER AS SIGNATORY AGENT <br />TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR A FEDERAL ~fJATER <br />~OLLUTION GRANT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, deems it necessary <br />and proper to apply for Federal grant assistance under the <br />Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public <br />Law 92-500, and the rules and regulations pursuant thereto. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the above-named applicant <br />that A. C. Gonzalez, City Manager, as the Signatory Agent of the <br />Applicant, or the successor of said Agent, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to make application for grant assistance under <br />Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations pursuant thereto, <br />specifically 40 CFR 30.315-1 (1975); and to sign the acceptance <br />of the grant assistance, when made, and any other documents <br />required to complete the project, on behalf of the above-named <br />Applicant. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />'\ I c-\' / <br />--/~ ) /77 If (~ //) I'V2L '"r' <br />/...- ,-- l L.
