-3- for the total cost of said removal and replace- ment. 2) At the end of said five year period the following terms shall apply when and if any other person or entity becomes or has become a joint user with I Academy of said system: a) Should any portion of said system be required to be moved by the State of Texas during the period of time from five (5) years from the date of acceptance of said system by City to ten (10) years from the date of acceptance of said system, Academy shall pay seventy five (75) percent of the cost of removal and replacement. City shall . be responsible for payment of twenty five (25) percent of the cost of removal and replacement. b) Should any portion of said system be required to be moved by the State of Texas during the I period of time from ten (10) years from the date of acceptance of said system by City to fifteen (15) years from the date of acceptance of said system, Academy shall pay fifty (50) percent of the cost qf removal and replacement. City shall be responsible for payment of fifty (50) percent of the cost of removal and replace- men t . c) Should any portion of said system be required to be moved by the State of Texas during the period of time from fifteen (15) years from the date of acceptance of said system by City to I twenty (20) years from the date of acceptance of said system, Academy shall p'ay twenty five (25) percent of the cost of removal and replace- mente City shall be responsible for payment of seventy-five (75) percent of the cost of removal and replacement.
