<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Reports to be submitted during the proposed study are de- <br />scribed below: <br /> <br />Monthly Progress Reports - 20 copies <br /> <br />A Status Report will be submitted on a monthly basis. <br />These reports will briefly outline the work accomplished <br />in each Task, problems encountered and describe the <br />work schedule proposed during the next time period. Job <br />status, planned versus actual progress, and forecasts <br />of job completion requirements will be included. <br /> <br />Interim Progress Reports - 20 copies <br /> <br />Interim Progress Reports are scheduleGl for presentation <br />at the completion of Tasks 4,5 and 11. Completion of <br />these Tasks represents significant stages of study develop- <br />ment, and the reports will consist of a presentation of <br />data and conclusions developed thus far.
