Duke and Glenn Brooks, Jr. The amend- <br />ment eliminates a requirement of the insurance section and <br />strengthens the indemnification section of the ordinance. <br /> <br />The ordinance was further amended during the first read- <br />ing on June 23, 1980 by unanimous vote of the Council. Mr. <br />Brown proposed that indemnification be required "whether or <br />not" the negligence of City causes the damage instead of being <br />limited to occasions when the City "in part" causes the damage. <br /> <br />That change has been made and you can find the requested <br />language in the last sentence of "Section 11.
