Allen Parkway. <br /> <br />Vista Street, North side, Comanche Street to North <br />S tree t. <br /> <br />Vista Street, South side from Comanche Street to <br />North Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Warden Lane, North side from Thorp Lane to Loop 82. <br /> <br />Woods Street, North side, Comanche Street to North <br />Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. That subsection 29-152 (c) of the Code of <br />Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sec. 29-152 (c). <br />In the event any vehicle shall be found standing <br />or parked upon the following described parts of streets <br />the same shall be a nuisance per se, and when signs are <br />erected giving notice thereof, said signs designating <br />such area as a tow-away zone, shall be removed by any <br />police officer and taken to a place designated by the <br />director of public safety for such purpose. Said streets <br />which are hereby designated as tow-away zones are: <br /> <br />Ed. J.L. Green Street, East and West sides, Sessom <br />Drive to Alta Vista Street. <br /> <br />Lindsey Street, North Side, North Street to Comanche <br />Street. <br /> <br />WoodS Street, North Side, North Street to Comanche <br />Street. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Notice to the owner of said vehicle shall be provided <br />pursuant to Section 29-152 (b). The owner of said' vehicle <br />shall be entitled to the possesion thereof upon payment <br />of all towing, preservation, and storage charges result- <br />ing from placing the vehicle in custody. Said charges <br />shall be as authorized by Section 38-8 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of San Marcos, Texas. In the event said vehicle <br />shall not be redeemed by its owner or agent within twenty <br />(20) days after the date of notice given pursuant to Sec- <br />tion 29-152(b), a notice of sale shall be sent by registered <br />or certified mail, return receipt requested, to said owner, <br />and said notice shall constitute notice of the pending <br />sale to said owner. Said notice of sale shall designate <br />the place of sale, the manner of sale, and state a time <br />and date of sale which shall not be less than fourteen <br />(14) days from the date of said notice of sale. <br />
