I I I 77 RESOLUTION NO. 1980-50A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND CHARLES WILLIS & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AIRPORT MASTER PLAN STUDY; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on June 16, 1980 the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, approved a Consultant Services Agreement be- tween the City and Charles Willis & Associates, Inc. for the oevelopment of an Airport Master plan Study; and WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Gene L. Faulkner, Chief of the Planning and Programming Branch of the Southwest Region of the Federal Aviation Administration of the Department of Transportation, administrator of the Airport Master plan Applica- tion for San Marcos Municipal Airport, requesting an amendment to the Agreement; and, WHEREAS, Charles Willis & Associates, Inc. is agreeable to said amendment; and, WHEREAS, said amendment is of benefit to said city; now, there- fore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the Amendment to the Consultant Services Agree- ment between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Charles Willis & Associates, Inc. for the development of an Airport Master plan Study, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and is hereby, approved. PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Kenneth V. Kraus, or his successor, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of said city. PART 3.
