C. Carson, Samuel Garza, <br />Evelyn Honez, Chris Banbury, Sarah Witaker, and others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration award of bid for the North <br />Industrial Pumping and Water Storage Facility. Mr. James moved to <br />award the bid. There was no second. Mr. Stokes moved to table this <br />item. Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. On roll call, the following <br />vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, Kraus, Norris, Stokes <br /> <br />NAY: James, Tarbutton <br /> <br />The Mayor then introduced for consideration award of bid for the <br />South Industrial Park Water Booster Pump. Mrs. Norris moved to <br />award the bid to P.M.I. for $6768. Mr. James seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor then introduced for consideration discussion of Social <br />Services Budget Requests. Each Social Service representative appeared <br />before the Council to answer any questions the Council had concerning <br />their requests for the corning year. <br /> <br />The Hayor made a statement concerning the City Manager's use of a <br />City venicle. He stated that Council had checked into it and were <br />aware of his use of it and found that the City Manager was within <br />his rights to use the vehicle. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:40 <br />of Mr. James. <br /> <br />p.m. on motion of Mr. Brown and second <br /> <br /> <br />~" :iHV~ <br />~.~.'
