<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />The first item for consideration was an Ordinance on emergency having
<br />the following caption:
<br />

<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />SAN HARCOS, TEXAS, AHENDING THAT ORDINANCE REGULATING
<br />AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
<br />STRUCTURES AND LAND DATED MAY 23, 1966 AND KNOWN AS
<br />THE GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE TO DESIGNATE AND SET
<br />FORTH USE RESTRICTIONS IN A DISTRICT TO BE KNOT~ AS
<br />"Op" OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT AND DECLARING
<br />AND EMERGENCY.
<br />
<br />Following the reading of the Ordinance, Mrs. Norris moved to adopt
<br />it on emergency. Hr. Cavazos seconded the motion, which passed unanimously,
<br />
<br />The Mayor informed the Council and audience that Item #9 had been
<br />withdrawn from the agenda.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration approval of the
<br />the regular meeting held August 25, 1980. Mr. Cavazos
<br />approve the minutes. Mrs. Norris seconded the motion.
