Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Norris moved to approve the 2.61 new positions as follows: <br />2 Utility Servicemen, .40 Data Entry Clerk and .34 City Planner. <br />Mr. James seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, James, Kraus, Norris, Stokes, Tarbutton <br /> <br />NAY: Cavazos <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to approve $156,410 for proposed capital outlay. <br />Mr. Stokes seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. James <br />moved to approve the Non-Personnel and Capital Line Items for Depts. <br />56, 79 and 81 in the Revenue Sharing Entitlement 12 Budget. Mrs. <br />Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. James moved <br />to approve the proposed Utility Fund Revenues. Mrs. Norris seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. ~1r. Stokes moved to transfer <br />$885 from Revenue Sharing to Utility Fund. Mrs. Norris seconded the <br />motion. Mr. Cavazos <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Stokes moved to <br />increase revenues by $885. Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. Mr. James moved to increase the ad valorem tax revenues <br />by $112,736. The tax rate would be increased by 12~. Mr. Brown <br />seconded the motion.
