I I I Tlk stat.€ of Texas _ (~)unty of Cal dwell Tcrmination of Lease ^greei1lL!nt Know All Men By These Presents: That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, acting through authority conferred on its Mayor Kenneth V. Kraus by resolution duly adopted onSeptember8.1980 hereinafter "City", and Cen-Tex Aviation Company, hereinafter "Cornpany", enter into this agreement to terminate the lease of premises at San 11arcos Municipal Airport, in Caldwell County, Texas, entered into by City and Cen-Tex Aviat10n Company on October 14, 1975. In consideration of the mutual agreements and benefits to be obtained by both parties it is hereby expressly agreed by City and Company that the lease of premises at San Marcos r1unicipal A1rpOrt, in Caldwell County, Texas, entered 1nto by those part1cs on OctobeL 14, 1975 is terminated as to the ~ights, duties and obliqatlons of both parties and that same shall be of no further effect an0 force and Company releases, relinquishes and quitclaims to City any and all right title and interest or demand possessed o~ claimed by Company lD or to the proper~y covered by said lease. Each party to saId lease agrc2ment and the agents, employees and representatIves of each llnd all of Lilem are released from any and all liability, past, present and future, of whatever kind or character, by reason of or growing out of or arISIng or existing in connection with the execution of saId lease or any of the terms or provisions thereof, or by reason 0,' thc ~ch ~r allQged breach, or conduct or activity resulting in breach or ullL"J"! m of any of the terms or provisions of said lease.
