<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1980-63R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />TERMINATING A LEASE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN SAID CITY AND CHANDELLE <br />AVIATION; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SUCH <br />TERMINATION AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas leased Hanger Building <br />No. 5-357 at the San Marcos Municipal Airport, in Caldwell <br />County, Texas on December 22, 1975 to Mr. and Mrs. Everette <br />Rohr, later assumed by Chandelle Aviation on March 25, 1976; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both parties in the lease agreement wish to terminate <br />such agreement; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the lease agreement between the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas and Chandelle Aviation is hereby terminated. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Tixas, Kenneth <br />V. Kraus, or his successor be, and he is hereby, authorized to <br />execute said termination of lease agreement on behalf of the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 3.
