<br />a Furnish ENGINEER periodic reports as reqUired of progress of the Work and CONTRACTOR's compliance with the
<br />approved progress schedule and schedule of Shop Drawing submiSSions
<br />b, Consull with ENGINEER 111 advance of scheduled major tests, inspections or start of important phases of tbe
<br />work,
<br />c. Report immediately to ENGINEER upon the occurrence of any accident.

<br />10. Paymeflt RequisitioflJ ReView applicatIOns for payment wllh CONTRACTOR for compliance with the established
<br />procedure for their submiSSion and forward them With recommendatIOns to ENGINEER, nolll1g particularly their
<br />relation 10 the schedule of values, Work completed and matenals and equipment delivered at the site but notmcor-
<br />porated 111 the Work.
