<br />THENCE, in a Northeasterly direction with the

<br />for a re-entrant corner of the tract herein described;

<br />east line of the said County Road, to are-entrant
<br />corner of the said existing City Limits, for a
<br />Westerly corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said County Road, in a North-
<br />easterly direction, with the said existing City
<br />Limits, crossing Uhland Road, and continuing with
<br />a Southeasterly line of the said existing City
<br />Limits, to the South line of the Fairlawn Addition,
<br />a subdivision of record, recorded in Volume 120,
<br />Page 268, Hays County Deed Records for the North-
<br />west corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, tn a Southeasterly direction with the South-
<br />west line of the said Fairlawn Addition, being a
<br />South line of the said existing City Limits, to the
<br />South corner of the said Fairlawn Addition, for a
<br />re-entrant corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, in a Northerly direction with an East line
<br />of the said existing City Limits to the most Easterly
<br />corner of the said Fairlawn Addition, for the most
<br />Northerly Northeast corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Fairlawn Addition and the
<br />said existing City Limits, in a Southeasterly direc-
<br />tion, with the projection of the Northeast line of
<br />the said Fairlawn Addition to the centerline of the
<br />aforementioned Blanco River, for the most Easterly
<br />Northeast corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, in a Southerly direction, with the centerline
<br />of the said Blanco River, to the POINT OF BEGINNING
<br />containing 334 acres of land, more or less, of which
<br />approximately 8 acres of land, more or less, lie
<br />within the public Right-of-Way of Uhland Road and
<br />River Road, and approximately 22 acres of land, mor
<br />or less, are Public lands owned by Hays County

<br />and the same lS hereby annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas.

<br />SECTION 2. That the corporate limits of said City be, and,
<br />the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory.
<br />
<br />SECTION 3. That said described territory shall henceforth
<br />be a part of the City of San Marcos and any inhabitants thereof shall
<br />be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and
<br />shall be bound by the acts and ordinances, resolutions and regulations
<br />of said City.
