<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />'; <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1980-56 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING <br />APPENDIX A, THE GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE, <br />OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY <br />BY CHANGING THE MINIMUM REAR SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENTS IN D, M, P-l, P-2, C <br />AND I DISTRICTS: BY CHANGING TERMINOLOGY; <br />BY SETTING REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSORY <br />BUILDINGS: BY REGULATING THE lIEIGHT OF <br />F~NCES AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Section 12(D)(5) of Appendix A, The General Zoning <br />Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />12(D)(5) Minimum depth of rear setback shall be five feet with <br />an additional two feet required for each story above 24 feet, <br />up to a maximum setback of 25 feet. There shall be no encroach- <br />ment or overhangs into this required rear yard. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Section 13(C) of Appendix A, The General Zoning <br />Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />13(C). Area Requirements <br /> <br />1. Minimum lot area <br /> <br />a. Internal <br />b. Corner <br /> <br />6,000 square feet <br />7,500 squre feet <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Minimal lot frontage on a public street <br /> <br />a. Internal <br />b. Corner <br /> <br />50 feet <br />60 feet <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Minimum lot depth <br /> <br />100 feet <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Minimum depth of front setback <br /> <br />25 feet <br /> <br />5.
