Non - commercial vehicle washing is prohibited. <br />Commercial vehicle washing is allowed on any day and at any <br />time prohibited o ept at eei4i fie eammer-eial wash <br />(68) Swimming pools: <br />Swimming pools located outdoors must have at yeast 250i of+ho <br />..,,, +er s,,.zf,, area should be covered when not in use to minimize <br />evaporative losses. <br />b.
