(4) Irrigation of golf courses, athletic fields and commercial nurseries with sprinklers is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (5) Vehicle washing. a. Charity car washes are prohibited unless held at a wed commercial car wash. b. Non - commercial vehicle washing is allowed on any day and at any time, but must be done using a hand -held bucket or a hand -held hose equipped with a positive shutoff device.
