I I I 20 4, STATE OF TEXAS OPTIO~ AGREEMENT COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation located in Hays County, Texas and existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, acting through authority granted its Mayor, Kenneth V.
