YS, PHASE r-, A SUBDIV1SION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 267-268 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNfY, TEXAS, SAID 229-SQUARE FOOT TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING on an iron rod with an aluminum cap found on a point being the most southerly comer of said Lot 1, Block 5, same point being an angle point in the northerly boundary line of Lot 56, Block 2, of said "Hills of Hays, Phase I", for the POINT OF BEGINNING hereof; THENCE with the southwesterly boundary line of said Lot 1, Block 5, same being the northerly boundary line of said Lot 56, Block 2, N46051'44"W for a distance of 45.00 feet to an iron rod found on a point being the most westerly comer of said Lot 1, being also the most southerly comer of Lot 2, Block 5 of said "Hills of Hays, Phase I", for an angle point hereof; THENCE departing the southwesterly boundary line of said Lot 1, Block 5, through the interior of said Lot 1, Block 5, S5903T44"E for a distance of 46.16 feet to an iron rod set on a point in the original southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 1, for an angle point hereof; THENCE with the original southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 1, S43015'07"W for a distance of 10.20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 229 square feet of land. Surveyor's Note: The purpose of these land surveys, (Tract 1 and Tract 2) is to exchange land which will allow for the resolution of the situation caused by the existing structure on Lot 1, Block 5 encroaching into Lot 56, Block 2 , of the "Hills of Hays, Phase I" subdi\.ision, as shown on Page 3 of 3.
