<br />76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- <br /> <br />62 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THREE PICKUP TRUCKS FOR <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL <br />SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of three 3/4 ton pickup trucks for the Public Works <br />Department from Maxwell CPDJ through the State General Services Commission for <br />$60,675.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
