<br />79, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- <br /> <br />65 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BRYAN CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE WASTEWATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of Bryan Construction <br />Company ("Contractor") for the completion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br />Project. <br /> <br />2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br />the Contractor, executed on October 14,1996. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The project known as the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br />Project has been completed pursuant to that contract of October 14, 1996 between the City <br />and Bryan Construction Company and is accepted by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. Final payment in the amount of $84,524.30 to Bryan Construction <br />Company for these services is authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3. <br />passage. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 22nd day of March <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />~&l~~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
