<br />95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- <br /> <br />75 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR UTILITY VEHICLES <br />FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On January 28, 1999 the City opened bids for Utility Vehicles for the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />2. It was determined that the same vehicles were available from the General <br />Services Commission at a lower price. <br /> <br />1. City staff recommends rejection of all bids. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. All bids received in response to an invitation for bids for Police Department <br />Utility Vehicles are rejected. <br /> <br />PART 2.
