Gilmore to <br />the City of San Marcos and the San Marcos Industrial Foundation, as recorded in Volume 1152, Pages 712- <br />713 of the Hays County Official Public Records. <br /> <br />Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: Easements, rights-of-way, and <br />prescriptive rights, whether of record or not, all presently recorded restrictions, covenants, conditions, and <br />other instruments, other than liens and conveyances, that affect the property; any discrepancies, conflicts, <br />or shortages in area or boundary lines; and any encroachments or overlapping of improvements. <br /> <br />Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the reservations from and exceptions to conveyance and <br />warranty, grants, sells and conveys to Grantee all of Grantor's two-thirds interest in and to the Property, <br />together with aU and singular the rights and appurtenances in any wise belonging, to have and hold it to <br />Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns forever.
