<br />157 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 TO DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND DOUBLE EAGLE VENTURES, INC. <br />FOR PROPOSED CONWAY ADDITION SECTION 4 DEVELOPMENT <br />IN THE 600 AND 700 BLOCKS OF STURGEON STREET <br /> <br />This is Amendment No.3 to the Development Incentive Agreement dated March 24, 1998 <br />(the "Agreement") between the City of San Marcos, Texas (the "City"), a Texas municipal <br />corporation, and Double Eagle Ventures, Inc. (the "Developer"), a Texas corporation. <br />The parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2.B. of the Agreement is amended as follows (underlining indicates added <br />text and 'O'V'entrike indicates deleted text); <br />B. The Developer agrees to construct the Project on the Property, the total estimated cost <br />of which is approximately $850,000, to be completed by July 31. 1999 April 30, 1999. <br /> <br />2.
