Richards, do Betty Richards Grantee's Mail Address (including county): 401 North Bishop Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666. Consideration: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration. Property: The northeast ~ of the alleyway adjacent to the southwest boundary of Lot 7, Block 4, and adjacent to the southwest boundary of the southeast ~ of Lot 6, Block 4, Cedar Plateau Addition, as depicted in the plat recorded in Volume 56, Page 349 of the Hays County Deed Records, and as more particularly depicted on the attached Exhibit "A." Forthe consideration, Grantor quitclaims to Grantee all of Grantor's rights, title and interest in and to the property, to have and to hold it to Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns forever.
