TO ANDREW GARY, TRUSTEE, DATED OCTOBER 15, 1981 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 365, PAGE 324 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES k~D BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING at a W' iron pipe found in the southwest line of the Gary 70.00 acre tract and northeast line of Lot 1, San Harcos Distribution Center Subdivision as recorded in Volume 2, Page 272 of the Hays County Plat Records for the south corner of that tract described as "Tract One - 70.21 acres" and the west corner of that tract described as "Tract Three 3.89 acres" in the aforereferenced deed to Andrew Gary; THENCE with the common northeast line of Lot 1, San t-!arcos Distribution Center Subdivision and southwest line of the Gary 70.00 acre tract, N 460 16' 55" W 472.56 feet ttb a ~" iron rod set; THENCE leaving Lot 1, San Marcos Distribution Center subdivision and entering the Gary 70.00 acre tract, N 450 14' 42" E 608.18 feet to a W' iron rod set for the south corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 24228-97-d revised February 11, 1999 for Andrew Gary by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with the southwest line of this tract, the following two courses: 1. N 45045' 00" W 400.00 feet to a ~" iron rod set for an angle point, and 2. N 05008' 54" W 173.47'feet to a W' iron rod set for the west corner of this tract; THENCE with a characteristics: feet, arc length E 30.99 feet to tract; curve to the left having the following central angle = 050 18' 09", radius = 335.00 31.00 feet and a chord which bears N 830 07' 42" a W' iron rod set for the north corner of this THENCE S 450 45' 00" E 514.63 feet to a ~" iron rod set for the east corner of this tract; T!-IENCE S 450 14' 42" 1'1137.04 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
