<br />31. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 115 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY FOR <br />PARCITIPA TION IN THE TEXASWI$E PROGRAM; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />AMENDMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City wishes to participate in the Texaswi$e program of the Lower <br />Colorado River Authority (LCRA), for services including information, education and <br />analytical programs related to energy conservation. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The terms and conditions of the Agreement attached to this Resolution <br />between the City and LCRA for the City's participation in the Texaswi$e program are <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute this Agreement <br />and other related documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
