<br />C. Parties Bound. Assiqnabilitv. This Agreement shall be binding on the <br />parties hereto, their survivors and assignees. However, Licensee may not <br />assign its rights or delegate its duties under this Agreement without the express <br />written consent of Licensor. <br /> <br />D. Complete Aqreement. This Agreement embodies all of the terms and <br />conditions of the agreement between the parties with respect to the matters set <br />forth herein. There are no other statements I terms, conditions, representations, <br />or warranties that have not been embodied herein. <br /> <br />E. Modifications. This Agreement may not be modified or amended I except <br />in a writing signed on behalf of both parties by their duly authorized <br />representatives. <br /> <br />F. Maintenance of Mark. Licensor shall have no duty or obligation to <br />register, renew, or otherwise maintain any registration of the Mark. <br /> <br />G. Licensee's Dutv to Provide Samples.
