Claude Hinkle Surveyors All of a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas and being a part ot Lots 7 and 8 in BlocY_ 1 of Kat\! A.ddi.ti.on to the Cit'{ of San Marcos as recorded in Volume 239 Page 318 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at a %" iron pin found in the intersection of the North line of Cheatham Street and the West line of McKee Street for the SW corner this tract and from which point a Yz" iron pin found marking the intersection of the West line of Lot 6 and the North line of Cheatham Street used for basis of bearing bears S 80 degrees 41 minutes 58 seconds W 75.01 feet. THENCE N 09 degrees 31 minutes 39 seconds Waver and across the said Lot 7 187.70 teet to a %" iron pin tound in the NW line of Lot 7 and in the SE line of Depot Street for the NW corner this tract and from which point a Y:z" iron pin found marking the NW corner of Lot #7 bears S 57 degrees 29 minutes 37 seconds W 27.15 feet. THENCE N 57 degrees 23 minutes 47 seconds E with the SE line of Depot Street and the NW line of lot 7 and the NW line of Lot 8 54.34 feet to a Yz" iron pin found in the intersection of the SE line of Depot Street and the East line of McKee Street for the NE corner this tract and from which point a Y:z" iron pin found marking the NE corner of Lot 8 bears N 57 degrees 17 minutes 58 seconds E 27.20 feet. THENCE S 09 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds E entering the said Lot 8 and with the East line of McKee Street 209.20 feet to a Yz" iron pin found in the intersection of the East line of McKee Street and the North line of Cheatham Street for the SE corner this tract and from which point a Y:z" iron pin found marking the North line of Cheatham Street bears N 80 degrees 41 minutes 58 seconds E 760.30 feet. THENCE S 80 degrees 41 minutes 58 seconds W with the North line at Cheatham Street and over and across the said Lots 7 and 8 50.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 9921 sq ft of land more or less.
