The City shall determine a service connection point based on the most <br />direct route to City facilities. The City may relocate a service connection point if the City <br />determines relocation is necessary. <br />(F) A customer must reimburse the City for all costs incurred by the City resulting <br />from the failure or refusal of the customer to comply with this section. <br />((-,) The City may disconnect utility service if a customer fails to maintain the <br />customer's property as required by this section. The City is not liable for damage to the <br />customer's property caused by City authorized maintenance of a right -of -way or meter <br />installation_ <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />A. Payment <br />Bills for service will be based upon the metered consumption as billed under the <br />applicable rate schedule. They will be rendered at regular intervals, and are due <br />and payable within fifteen eighteen (148) days from the date of issuance of the <br />bill. The customer will pay the net amount of the bill if paid on or before the due <br />date. Meters, Transformers and Other Equipment <br />All meters, transformers, regulators, services, fixtures, etc., which are installed by <br />the City upon the customer's premises for the purpose of delivering electricity to <br />the customer remain the property of the city and may be repaired, replaced or <br />removed by the City at any time. <br />No rent or other charge whatsoever will be made by the customer against the city <br />for placing or maintaining said meters, transformers, regulators, fixtures, etc., <br />upon the customer's premises. <br />B.
